You need at least 10K followers on any given social platform – that’s not 10K followers total across 5 social platforms! However, you can and should use supplementary social channels where you may have less than 10K followers as part of the promotion.

Simply post to any (and all) social media platform(s) in whichever format – text, image or video. Always include the tracking links you’re sent once you’re approved to run a campaign in order that we can track your installs.

These rules ensure our advertisers pay for a quality promotion of their app.

You’re paid via PayPal or bank transfer in either USD or EUR. Simply request payment and you’ll receive this in the next (monthly) payment round. You need at least 100 USD due for payment in order to meet the threshold.

You’re paid however much you’ve earned since the last payment (this must be more than $100).

It could be the case that the advertiser may be prepared to work with you on ‘special’ terms so please speak to your VOLTU account manager in these instances. The advertiser will obviously need to be particularly impressed by your social presence in order to consider this so only ask for this as and where you feel your value to the advertiser in question can support the request! You’ll be assigned an account manager as and when you first reach out to us either by email (hello@voltu.com) or by phone (0049 ((0)) 30 555 713-00).

You’ve either reached your campaign goal or the advertiser doesn’t want to continue promoting their app. Let us know if you’d like to keep running the campaign and we’ll extend this for you provided the advertiser agrees. Either speak to your VOLTU account manager or, if you haven’t been assigned one as yet, email us at hello@voltu.com or call us on 0049 (0) 30 555 713-00.

This relates to the number of installs the advertiser’s looking to drive. You’re given this install quota once you’re approved to run any given campaign. You will not be paid for installs driven in excess of this quota.

We can increase your campaign goal provided the advertiser wants this too – just let us know how many installs you think you can drive. Either speak to your VOLTU account manager or, if you haven’t been assigned one as yet, email us at hello@voltu.com or call us on 0049 (0) 30 555 713-00.

You have a campaign goal in order to ensure our advertisers are paying for a quality promotion. The more VOLTU campaigns you run, the more these install quotas will increase as we and our advertisers come to understand your delivery capabilities and value as a promotional partner.

If you think your install quota’s too low, we can increase this provided the advertiser’s happy to do so. Either speak to your VOLTU account manager or, if you haven’t been assigned one as yet, email us at hello@voltu.com or call us on 0049 (0) 30 555 713-00.

We’ll set a smaller quota of installs for your first campaigns in order to understand what you’re capable of. Please request a higher goal if you feel this is too low – just let us know how many installs you think you’ll be able to deliver. This is a line of script that you must include in your promotion in order that we can track the installs you drive!

If you are interested in becoming a Voltu influencer, you may register an account at www.voltu.com. By registering, you will submit a binding offer to enter into a contract with glispa, which is the company that runs the Voltu platform. If you have made a mistake when entering your data during registration, you may delete and reenter your data at any time, even after the information is submitted. Once your registration is approved, Voltu will send you an e-mail that confirms your registration. Once you will have received the e-mail, you will have entered into a contract with glispa. The contract between glispa and yourself will be subject to the Voltu Standard Terms and Conditions that can be found here.

Yes, you can. You may access your campaign specifications at any time via your voltu.com account. Also, the Voltu Standard Terms and Conditions are available in both English and German.

glispa, the company running the Voltu platform, has not signed up to any written code of conduct. However, glispa always strives to engage in fair and ethical commercial business practice.
